These Terms of Service govern access to the PLM Nexus website and related software services. By using our site or products, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Scope

PLM Nexus provides software tools, technical content, and consulting-related information focused on PLM and Teamcenter workflows. Product scope may evolve as services mature.

3. Acceptable Use

  • • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • • Do not use services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
  • • Do not attempt to reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of PLM Nexus or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Accounts and Security

If account-based access is provided, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

6. Service Availability

We target reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, updates, or upstream provider outages may temporarily impact access.

7. Fees and Commercial Terms

Paid features or subscriptions are governed by product-specific pricing and commercial terms shown at checkout or in separate service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PLM Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
