These terms concern use of the PLM Nexus website. Consulting engagements and project deliverables are governed by the scope, acceptance criteria and commercial terms agreed in the relevant contract.

2. Service Scope

PLM Nexus provides Teamcenter consulting, configuration, customization, integration and technical troubleshooting. This website presents our capabilities, working methods and selected experience; a project starts with an agreed engagement.

• • Do not use services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
• • Do not attempt to reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of PLM Nexus or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Project Enquiries

The contact form opens a conversation about your project; it does not create an account or a project contract. Do not submit passwords, access credentials or confidential customer files through the form.

6. Service Availability

We target reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, updates, or upstream provider outages may temporarily impact access.

7. Technical Content and Examples

Technical articles, diagrams and examples explain selected approaches and experience. They are not instructions for changing a specific customer environment. Software products linked from this website have their own applicable terms.

8. No Warranty

Website information is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. Its suitability for a particular environment requires assessment. This statement does not replace the delivery obligations or acceptance criteria in an agreed project contract.

9. Fees and Commercial Terms

Project fees, scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and payment terms are agreed in the relevant proposal or service contract. There is no project checkout on this website.

10. Limitation of Liability

Website liability is governed by applicable Luxembourg law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for consulting engagements is governed by the relevant contract and applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
