Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how PLM Nexus S.à r.l. ("PLM Nexus", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our services.
1. Data Controller
PLM Nexus S.à r.l. — RCS Luxembourg B278528 — 29 Boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg
Privacy contact: hello@plmnexus.com
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to personal data collected through our website, contact forms, website analytics, and related PLM Nexus business communications.
3. Personal Data We May Collect
- Name, email address, optional company name, inquiry type and the message you send through our contact form.
- Technical request data, including IP address, for website operation, security and abuse prevention; aggregated website usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics.
- Your selected language, stored in your browser so the site can remember your preference.
The company field is optional. The other contact fields are required to handle your message; without them the form cannot be sent. You may also contact us by email. Please do not send passwords or confidential customer files.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases under GDPR
- When you request steps toward a contract to which you would be a party, we process the necessary data for those pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- For inquiries on behalf of a company and other business correspondence, our legitimate interest is to answer requests and manage professional relationships (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Website operation, security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service. Aggregated analytics help us understand and improve the site. Records required by law are processed to meet the relevant legal obligation.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not use it to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Data Recipients and Processors
Vercel provides website hosting and Web Analytics. Resend processes contact-form messages for email delivery. Our business mailbox uses Microsoft 365. Authorized people handling your inquiry may access the correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Data Transfers
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where relevant. You can consult the provider terms below or contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
7. Data Retention
Retention of inquiry correspondence depends on whether the request is still being handled, whether it leads to an engagement, and whether records remain necessary for contractual obligations, statutory record-keeping or legal claims. These criteria do not imply a fixed automatic deletion period for every message.
Technical data is kept according to its operational and security purpose and the applicable provider settings. The contact endpoint also uses temporary in-memory abuse-prevention counters; these are separate from email correspondence. Contact us to ask about retention or request erasure of your data, subject to applicable obligations.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you choose a language, the site stores the plmnexus_locale cookie for one year and the plmnexus.language preference in local storage until you clear it or your browser removes it. These store the selected language, not a marketing identifier. You can remove them in your browser settings.
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic statistics without analytics cookies. We do not currently use marketing cookies. If we introduce tracking that requires consent, we will request it before activating that tracking.
10. Security Measures
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect website communications and limit access to business correspondence to authorized people.
11. Supervisory Authority
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including in Luxembourg: Commission nationale pour la protection des données.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
